Radiography

Radiography uses x-rays to capture images that allow us to visualize different structures in the body.
It involves exposing an area of the body to a small dose of radiation to produce an image. The body and organs will absorb the radiation and the image is formed from the x-rays that have managed to reach the digital plate without being absorbed by the different elements.

Come when you want! Accessibility and speed are paramount for our patients, especially when they are waiting for a diagnosis.

This is why we perform X-rays without appointment*, including evenings and weekends, in our imaging center in Esch-sur-Alzette.

At HYGIE Imagerie, we offer a range of services using state-of-the-art equipment. Our examinations are performed under medical supervision by our radiology experts.

X-rays are a walk-in service. In addition, children 10 years of age and under are considered priority cases and their exams are performed on a priority basis.

Conventional x-rays are generally painless and do not require any specific preparation (although some discomfort may occur when positioning the body).
It is important that you inform our technologist of any possible pregnancy prior to the examination.
